Do not underestimate Sleepiness
Sleepiness is still considered the norm for most people of Indonesia.
Most people assume that it was just sleepy because of fatigue or lack of sleep. Drowsiness is considered not as a sign of illness.
Yet it is precisely indicates the drowsiness of sleep disorders a person. Sleep disorders can be caused by disease.
However, accidents will not happen if the rider is really aware of how to maintain their health, including the amount of sleep so that travel is not an accident. Because there are many ways to prevent accidents caused by sleepy on the road.
The main one is to try before going to sleep at least 6 hours for the body refreshed and ready to travel.
For those who really feel tired and need time to sleep, it certainly could add more hours of sleep they are so not sleepy. Especially if you still feel sleep time was less with the signs of evaporating, water, watery eyes, and eye blinking.
The second: do not ever look for another way to eliminate the drowsiness that. Such as drinking coffee or listening to loud music. It is temporary and does not make the body awake because your body needs is sleep.
So if in the middle of the road was very sleepy, preferably as soon as possible to find a place to stay and sleep.
During this trip an ideal time to keep your body to stay fit and healthy sleep to stay awake is to rest every three hours. At rest it does not always have to sleep but can also just simply straighten your back, eat and drink, and move your body.
Only, for those who feel sleepy start attacking, you should find a place to rest. Not having to sleep in a long time like sleeping at home is important, although drowsiness is gone to bed only a few minutes.
And one thing is for sure, never to travel at night. Do not get to travel at night when the body needs time to sleep.
The most dangerous is when the brain is asleep without realizing it. This usually occurs when a person who was driving like a sudden woke up and no longer remembers the street that has gone through so many minutes. Though the eyes are still open and the hand still on the steering wheel.
This condition occurs because it is actually part of the brain is asleep and the driver drove by instinct alone. This is very dangerous because the vehicle could be off track
or crashed because it was not sighted again. So, if suddenly surprised because not remember the path taken earlier, should immediately stop the vehicle and set aside time to rest.
